Renee Ghent

Renee is an Executive Director of Application Development Services at Aetna. She is responsible for the Next Generation Enterprise Integration Platform and the Multi-Channel Center of Excellence and delivery teams. Renee currently leads a diverse team delivering strategic solutions through a scaled agile (DevOps) approach on new technologies. She also leads the Multi-Channel COE team delivering digital assets including mobile applications across all business lines. Renee brings over 25+ years of experience bringing healthcare and technology together to deliver 'delightful' user experiences.

Dean Marsh

Director, Software Quality Assurance, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey

Dean is the Director of Software Quality Assurance at Horizon BCBS of NJ located in Newark, NJ. Dean is responsible for all of Horizon’s technical testing including system testing, systems integration testing, partner integration testing, and migration testing. Dean is also building a collection of shared testing services that centralize activities related to environment management, infrastructure testing, performance testing, security testing, service virtualization, test data management, test automation, and test tool administration across development, technical testing, and business testing. Over his 27 years in software testing, Dean has built four testing centers of excellence from start to steady state.

Anthony Close

Anthony is an experience quality assurance executive with extensive experience in building and managing large scale quality assurance departments. Anthony has over 15 years of software testing experience across the Finance and Healthcare industries.

Anthony has proven testing practices that have successfully supported the increase of releases, by utilizing capacity planning techniques and customizing testing methodologies, while sustaining testing staff levels.

Zakira Bhura

Senior Director – Quality Assurance, Aetna

Zakira started her career with Aetna in 1987. Zakira is presently a Senior Director in the IT Program Delivery and Testing Services organization. Prior to being in the IT Program Delivery and Testing Organization, Zakira has held various positions at Aetna. She worked in the Application Development organization for many years. She also worked as Chief of Staff to the CIO for several years. Zakira has been involved in several large strategic programs including SSP Migration, 5010 and ICD 10 program, Coventry Integration, Health Care Reform and Exchanges. Zakira is a member of Society for Information Management for Women.

Peter Marston

Research Manager, IDC

Pete Marston serves as research manager for IDC's Application Development, Testing, and Management Services (ADTMS) program and is a member of the Outsourcing Services research team. Mr. Marston develops research focused on the lifecycle of application services markets which include custom application development (CAD), testing, application management (AM), also referred to as ADM (application development and maintenance), and hosted application management (HAM). His research examines and identifies key trends and market dynamics including the impact of mobility, cloud, hosting, analytics and social media across these services markets.

He has more than 25 years of information technology experience in healthcare and the transportation industry. He has a proven track record as an innovative and high performance leader serving as an agent of change, implementing engagement processes, restructuring organizations, and improving Information Technology discipline. Doug has a wealth of experience in custom developed software, purchased software, SaaS and overall vendor management.

Sanjay Dalwani

She comes with 20+ years of experience in QA Strategy Consulting, Delivery, Research and Sales. As part of her current role, she is responsible for QA advisory to Infosys key clients, creating QA service portfolio and leading strategic, multi-year QA engagements.
